Before starting make sure you have the following items:

Supplies:
 Fry Pan
 Flat Bottomed
bowl
 Fork
 Whisk
 Olive oil
 Bread
 ¼ Cup (Half
Milk and Half
Cream)
 Cinnamon
Put the empty fry pan on the stove and turn the burner to medium high.
While the pan is heating, put the eggs and the Half Milk and Half Cream in
the bowl, add a couple of good shakes of cinnamon.
Mix well with a whisk or a fork.
Put a slice of bread in the egg mixture, let it soak a little. Turn the
bread over, using the fork, and let the other side soak a little.
Put the egg soaked bread in the oil and cook a minute or two until brown.
Turn it over and brown the other side.
What not to do when making a French Toast

 Adding too much dairy and sugar to the custard


 Not choosing the right bread
 Under soaking the bread
 Using too much heat or not enough
 Not preheating the pan
 Only using Butter
Remove from pan and repeat with more slices of bread until you
run out of egg mixture. Usually 2 eggs will coat 4 slices of bread.
