• Established in 2013
• Serving consistent Authentic Hyderabadi Food from the last 6 years in an extremely
competitive market of Viman Nagar.
• Second Branch established in 2017 in Magarpatta.
• Centralised Kitchen established in 2017 which is well equipped and has a capacity of
supplying food to a minimum of 6 outlets.
• Average yearly sales from both the outlets is 2.5cr
Future and Expansion plans
• As per the current market situation, the future of the brand is an exclusive take away
counters all over Pune and then onwards to Mumbai.
• First Centralised Kitchen setup in Sainath Nagar will be able to cater to the following
locations:
• Viman Nagar
• Wadgaon sheri
• Magarpatta
• Fatima Nagar
• Dhanori/Vishrantwadi
• Wagholi
• All of the above mentioned locations will have a physical presence and shall cater to a
radius of 7km from the location.
• Similar Centralised kitchen will be later on setup in West Pune and North Pune which will
be inturn capable of handling another 5-6 outlets in the mentioned zones.
• We have an extensive training process in which we are already getting our team ready for
expansion plan.

cooking and all cost of plant, machinery, food, cost, manpower and wastage cost.

so that the Franchisee will not have to plan any kind of media planning.

Roles and Responsibilities of Lazeez
Brand Fees
Setup : 3,50,000/-
Operations:
Food Will be Purchased from the brand at full food cost and transportation of the food. This
will be 50-55% depending on the category of food.
10% Commission of the daily sales generated will be paid in full to the brand.
15% (Variable +/- 5%) at an average to be kept aside for discounts on online portals or direct
phone orders.
20% is left over for the franchisee.
