Definition:
 Online Music Band Management system is a web site where you can book
particular band’s events in advance, do the payments, and manage the music
band members.
 Online Music Band Management System in PHP is a very user-friendly project and
can be accessed from anywhere.
 There is no need to go to the band manager’s office and wait for the managers
for booking an event.
Objectives:

 To manage band members details.

 To manage customer details.
 To book events.
 To do payment.
 To manage schedule of band members.
 To give review.
System study:

Disadvantages of existing system:

 Time consuming.
 No reviews of the show are available.
 Difficult to manage band member details.
 Difficult to manage schedule for the band.
 Difficult to recognize participation of band members in
events.
Advantages of proposed system:

 Clients can easily book an event.

 Clients can view reviews and ratings of the band events.
 Easy payment.
 Admin can easily manage band member details as well as their
schedule.
 Easy to identify the members allotted for an event.

There are three types of users in the system. They are:

 Admin/Manager
 Members
 Clients
Admin:

 Admin is the backbone for this portal.

 Admin is responsible for managing booking.
 Admin manages members of the band.
 Admin is responsible for managing event schedule.
 Admin is responsible for managing members for a particular
event.
 Admin can also manage the users that are registered to the web
portal.
Members:

 Members can view the event timings and venue.

 Members must regularly check schedule details.
Clients:

 Client needs to first register on this web portal

 Client can book event by providing necessary details.
 Client can read show details and reviews along with their ratings
at our web portal.
