Objective :

Thin film semi-conductor is of the order of micro to nano-meter. The Purpose of

this study is material with doping and to get the low resistive ZnTe thin films .Ag
doped which leads to an increase of electrical conductivity of ZnTe. The
resistivity of as deposited ZnTe thin films is very high. However, the process of
doping can reduce their resistivity.
INTRODUCTION
Thin Film :
 Two dimensional layer deposited on the substarte which range from fraction of nanometer to
micrometer.

ZnTe film :
 Zinc telluride (ZnTe) is an attractive II–VI semiconductor material
for optoelectronic devices like diodes and solar cells.
 Have a visible spectral range.
 It exists in both cubic and hexagonal crystal structure
 Melting point of ZnTe is 1238C
