The average MPS in English in all

levels for the last 3 quarters in SY: 2018 –
2019 is 56.42%, the lowest among the 8
learning areas, which is below the national
target 75%, served as an eye – opener of
the administrator, teaching staff, and other
stakeholders of Malapoc Sur National High
School to do interventions and innovations
in order to address the needs of our

programs designed to achieve the common
goal which is to obtain higher academic
performance of our learners.
