Overview
A microwave oven(also commonly referred to as a microwave) is
an electric oven that heats and cooks food by exposing it to
electromagnetic radiation in the microwave frequency range.
With the touch of a couple of buttons, this amazing device can
boil water, reheat leftovers, pop popcorn or defrost frozen meat
in few minutes.
There are three types of microwave oven available in the market
Solo microwave oven: Best for reheat, simple cooking.
Grill microwave oven:Best for reheat and grill.
Convection microwave oven:Best for reheat, grill and bake.

Power rating:
Midsized and large ovens are usually rated at 850 to 1,250 watts;
compact at 600 to 800 watts. More watts should mean more heat. But
you probably won’t notice differences of 100 watts or so.
Numeric keypad:
Use it to set cooking times and power levels. It’s easier to use and more
precise than a dial.
