A generation can be developed by significant
life events such as wars, new technologies,
or major economic transitions. These events
form the personality, values, and
expectations of that generation (Hauw & Vos,
2010).

Millennials : The Millennials are more likely to have gone

need to have a better work/life balance.

Leadership is one of the key determinants
associated with the success and failure of any
organization. Leadership style is the manner in
which people are directed and motivated by a
leader to achieve organizational goals (Khan &
Adnan, 2014)
Leadership in

Leadership styles were found to be strongly
correlated with quality care and associated
measures in health care. Leadership was considered
a core element for a well-coordinated and integrated
provision of care, both from the patients and
healthcare professionals.(Sfantou et al, 2017).
Millennials, including that work in health care
are very interested in leadership
opportunities and many of them consider

places special emphasis on the values of
