1. Executive Summary

The ABM’s Company will offer unknown and very unique


product. It is the Gelo Flan where it is a dessert that will make
the customer crave because it is attuned for the sunny and
rainy days. The students and teachers of Pres. Sergio Osmena
High School needs a new, different and unique product that will
satisfy their needs, wants, and expectations. Based on our
observation the students in Osmena needs a new food that
they can buy in canteen or store inside their school premises.
However, our product is unknown and the students and
teachers are not familiar with our product so it is hard for us to
make them aware of what our product is.
Our primary strategy is to offer a free taste for them to be aware
if they are going to buy our product or not, they can also order
our product, for us to make a reservation for them and lastly,
they can choose from 2-3 colors of our Gelo Flan like red, green
or yellow. Any customers can decide on how will their Gelo Flan
will tastes sweet with the limitation. It will be available only
inside the school premises of Osmena. My product will have a
competitive advantage to the other product because of its
uniqueness to our target customers.
The initial capitalization of our business is amounting to Php
1,000, where it is good for 5 days expense. Expected revenue
for the 5 days is Php 2,000 while the total cost of goods sold is
amounted to Php 500 pesos.

Vision Statement: ABM’s Company will provide a unique and good quality
product that will reach the satisfaction of our target customers. And also, to
serve our beloved Senior High Rooms by donating cleaning materials.

Mission Statement: ABM’s Company goal is to help our school to provide a


cleanliness to Senior High Buildings and promote a good quality of cleaning
materials for every rooms that we have. We will use our profit to make it
happen.

provided by law

3. Product Plan

Purpose of the Product


The ABM’s Company will offer a 2-3 colors of Gelo
they want it can be red, green or yellow. Any
customers can also decide on how sweet their
Gelo Flan is, with limitation. It will be available for
the teachers and students of Osmena to satisfy
their needs, wants and expectations. However
other color will be available if some of our
customers will suggest.
4. Market Plan
Target Market
Our target is the students of our chosen location
from Pres. Sergio Osmena High School. We need to
adapt the environment and the likes/taste of the different
people
in our chosen location. It will not be easy at first but we
believe that we can provide our customer’s needs, wants
and expectation.

Marketing Program
a. Product Strategy
Our product is not that rare so we need to have an
interesting name of our company and product and also
an eyepopping tag line that will catch our customer
intention.
b. Place Strategy
Place is very important to know as an entrepreneur just
like us. If there are a lot of people living there, if there’s a
competitor, how many they are is needed and it needs to be
well planned location. The chosen location was the school of
Pres. Sergio Osmena High School.

c. Promotion Strategy
We will do our best to promote our product just like
making some of fun and silly thing. But promoting is not easy
like you think, in promoting you should aware of different
attitudes of the customer. Some may chick the seller in front of
lot of people, so you should be ready for that. The first thing we
do. In our first day, we will have some freebies and a ‘Shout
Out for Your Love Wall’, our group also have planning to have a
mascot of our product. We think that those strategies will be
successful to promote our product.
d. Pricing Strategy
In pricing our product, it should be budget friendly
with our target customers for them to afford it with
satisfaction. We will make sure that our product will
never change its ingredients or price even there will be a
high price our raw materials. As a group should base on
the customers social status, so that it will be suited and a
budget friendly.

6. Documentation

It was a long and tough day for each and every one of
the students of PSOSHS – ABM12. Entrepreneurial
week was an event by he beautiful adviser of ABM12
the first ABM that will graduate in osmeña. We are
excited yet nervous because we will experience on how
to start a business inside our school. We are excited to
learn and discover new and unique learnings from our
experience. Because someone says “Experience is the
best teacher but Ma’am Manahan is the best of the
best.
