INTRODUCTION
 In marketing, lead generation is the initiation of consumer interest or enquiry
into products or services of a business.

 Leads can be created for purposes such as list building, e-newsletter list
acquisition or for sales leads.

 Leads may come from various sources or activities, for example, digitally via
the Internet, through personal referrals, through telephone calls either by the
company or telemarketers, through advertisements, and events

 A lead is usually allotted to an individual to follow up on. Once the individual


(e.g. salesperson) reviews and qualifies it to have potential business, the lead
gets converted to an opportunity for a business. The opportunity then has to
undergo multiple sales stages before the deal is won.

which provides co-living Pg.’s in and across 9 cities in India like
Bangalore , Chennai , Hyderabad , Kota , Noida, Gurugram ,
Pune , Mumbai , and Coimbatore.
Objective of the Study

 To find potential customers (Leads) through Facebook


 To post various properties on Facebook Marketplace
and generate leads
 To count the number of new , old , and not interested
people among the information we got
Limitations of the Study
 This Study Is limited only to Facebook
 Customers will not be told the name of the Company
unless and until they ask for it
 Complete details on the accommodation cannot be given
 Cannot use foul languages or informal language when
chatting or speaking to the leads
 Information must be given only if there is vacancy in the
particular location

Results and interpretations
 According to the method carried out we get to know that around
44% of the leads produced are NEW and can be our potential
customers
 Around 29% of them are Not interested
 Around 27% of them are Old leads
 By this we get to know that using Facebook as a marketing
platform for lead generation we have generated around 1214
various leads in a month which is commendable
 The conversion rate from leads to customers in Zolo stays is
around 50%
Results and Interpretations
 This type of finding leads is free of cost

 It has been proved to be a very efficient and cost


effective way of finding leads when compared to other
means

 It has helped the organisation In improving the sales and


attained 2nd spot in highest number of conversion rates
