STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

 This study is to develop the Harmonic

Mitigation of Energy Bill with the use of
solar renewable energy which can be
used by the residence of Barangay
North Poblacion, Medina Misamis
Oriental.
 Specifically this study seeks to answer
the following questions:
 Can a solar renewable energy help
residence in Barangay North Poblacion,
Medina, Misamis Oriental in terms of
saving their monthly income?
 What percentage of electric bill will be
considered as savings of the residence
of Barangay North Poblacion, Medina
Misamis Oriental if they consider using
of solar renewable energy?
HYPOTHESIS
 There is no difference in using solar
renewable energy versus electricity from
MORESCO II in terms of saving
electricity bill of the residence in
Barangay North Poblacion, Medina,
Misamis Oriental.
OBJECTIVE
 To determine if solar renewable energy
help residence in Barangay North
Poblacion, Medina Misamis Oriental in
terms of saving their monthly electric
bill?
 To identify the percentage of electric bill
to be consider as savings of the
residence of Barangay North Poblacion,
Medina, Misamis Oriental if they agree
in usage of solar renewable energy.
SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY
 Solar power is the crucial future
production method in the move to clean
energy, and as economies of scale drive
prices down. The main advantage is that
it is a renewable, clean source of
electricity. Overall, the sun gives off far
more energy than we'll ever need.
 It is indeed in great significant towards
the society and individuals in the
household as it mitigate electric bill.
 Reduces monthly payments because we
can save from electric bill.
 It lessens the production method of
electricity since it is a form of solar
renewable energy.
PURPOSE OF THE STUDY
 Mitigate the problem of high energy bill
consumption in every household in
North Poblacion, Medina by
encouraging to use solar renewable
energy.
 To make solution on major electricity
problem like electric crisis experienced
by the residents of North Poblacion,
Medina.
 To recognize the program of the LGU
Medina regarding the Installation of Solar
street lights in reducing crimes in every
Barangay.

DATA GATHERING AND
PROCEDURE
 Our study with regards to the Harmonic
Mitigation of energy bills with the use of
solar renewable energy, attained such
data thru the consent approval to
conduct a research from the reserach
adviser and request a letter to be given
in the Local Government office of Kalahi
in the Municipality of Medina, Misamis
oriental.

 It was complemented with getting the Data's
to which the local government office of
Kalahi in Medina has it on hand which
supported the needed information to address
the study we conducted to support to
comparative form of research regarding the
solar street lights to which some of the
barangay's in the municipality of medina are
using.
