INTRODUCTION
Virtual classroom allows instructors to deliver web‐based training to geographically
dispensed students, employees. Virtual classroom can be used to hold live
classroom lesson. Each subject includes a synchronous chat room for students.
Besides being user friendly, good virtual classroom have built in collaboration tools
that engage the students in active learning. For example, the virtual classroom has
subject wise videos, and students who are not comfortable in asking question in
front of teachers they can easily ask their questions. The Staff and the Student have
to register in the website to use this website. The staff logs in and posts his lecture.
The student logs in and views all the classes. If he has any doubt/query, he can post
it and the staffs gives answers of those queries. The student can give examination to
their institute, can check their results in this site. The student can chat with staff for
clarifying his doubts online.
WHAT IS VIRTUAL CLASSROOM

 What is a virtual classroom?

 When you do a search of what a virtual classroom is exactly, you

come across a wide variety of definitions. Some of them relate the
virtual classroom to course materials, homework, tests, and
assignments that are typically used in self-paced (asynchronous)
learning. However, all of these activities are external to the
classroom experience. That is why the definition of a virtual
classroom should be related to synchronous online learning, which
happens in real time and provides the participants with an
experience very close to traditional face-to-face teaching.
What is Virtual classroom
 Here is our understanding of what a virtual classroom is-:
 A virtual classroom is an online learning environment that allows for live
interaction between the tutor and the learners as they are participating in
learning activities.
 In other words, the virtual classroom is a shared online space where the
learners and the tutor work together simultaneously. Usually, these
interactions take place through videoconferencing. The participants have
tools to present learning content in different formats, as well as to
implement collaborative and individual activities. In this type of interaction,
the teacher has the particularly important role of the moderator who
guides the learning process and supports group activities and discussions.
 The most common tools you can find in a virtual classroom are:

 Videoconferencing
 Online whiteboard for real-time collaboration
 Instant messaging tool
 Participation controls
 Breakout rooms
APPLICATIONS
 CAN BE USED TO DELIVER LECTURES AND TUTORIALS
ONLINE
 IT HELPS STUDENTS WHO ARE NOT ABLE TO ATTEND
SCHOOLS,TO LEARN FROM THERE HOME
 THE APP COVERS EVERYTHING FROM CONDUCTING
AND ATTENDING LIVE CLASSES TO VIEWING
RECORDINGS OF PAST CLASSES.
ADVANTAGES
 Increased Convenience
 Scheduled Flexibility
 Knowledge Retention
 Immediate Feedback
 Increased Participation & Engagement
LIMITATIONS
 No control over student or classroom.
 No control over the learning atmosphere or
environment
 Virtual Classroom requires computers & Internet
access, which might not be at hand to everyone.
 Risk of traditional student-teacher collaboration.
 Might be expensive & difficult to install &
interact for some.
FUTURE ASPECTS
 Virtual reality has the ability to transport users to a whole new environment in a
completely believable way. In the education sector, this offers almost endless
possibilities – from engaging and interactive learning experiences to practical
training simulations for students and teachers alike.

 Confidence boost: We already know that VR can be used to improve presentation

skills – allowing users to practice speaking in a variety of presentation scenarios to
increase confidence. In the Virtual Classroom, users can gain live feedback on the
volume of their voice, their visual engagement with their students and even the
variation in their tone of voice. As well as these physical feedback markers, we also
aim to teach more abstract pedagogical skills, such as how best to frame a response
to a question from the audience, or the importance of moving around a classroom to
engage more fully with the whole class. In this way, VR forms the perfect tool for
teacher training.
 Real skills, virtual world: Key skills such as presentation skills or public
speaking can easily be practiced through VR, because it offers a safe
space for students to experiment without the fear of judgment or ‘getting it
wrong’ – thereby helping them translate those skills confidently in the real
world. This could be particularly useful for students with special needs or
conditions such as autism or anxiety. But VR can also be used to teach and
train about dealing with human emotions and events – aiding the personal
development of younger people, as well as boosting the professional
development of their teachers.
 The tool of the future: These are just a few examples of how learning could
be made more engaging, more informative and more memorable through
the use of VR in the future. As it stands today, our virtual classroom serves
as a successful example of how VR can be used to prepare teachers for the
real world in a safe yet realistic way. But with VR hardware becoming more
immersive, more practical and more affordable all the time, the potential
for its uses as an educative tool is vast.
 With all of these factors taken into consideration, it’s easy to imagine VR
becoming commonplace both in school and at home. If educators continue
to engage with this technology, it stands to reason it should aid better
teaching, higher confidence and greater learning – for teachers and
students alike.
CONCLUSION
 This application will give the flexibility to those students as well who do not have time
to attend the college due to their busy schedule of job and some of the people is not
able to join college due to their financial issues, so its best web application to get
education in virtual platform, as we have seen so many other site who are providing
online course but mostly they are providing course which may not in sequence and
moreover not authorized from a particular college or university, here we develop this
application for a particular college where the person can get admission as a proper
student and can get the certificate too which will be authorize same as college.
Facility for online examination can be added in future. Students can apply for special
courses and online payment facilities are also available for them.
