 The first DS is Mr. Neeraj and he covers the whole Sector-62, Noida i.e.
B block market and etc including Bhangel
 The second DS covers the area like Sector 104, 137, 75 and Gaur city
1) Hazipur
2) North East Delhi
 The distributor also supplies the classmate stationary products to online
retailer i.e. MILK BASKET

• Market coverage: The distribution Centre for ITC education and
stationery is situated in Sector 10, Noida And covers the Gautam
Budh Nagar
• Sales contact: The distribution Centre has two employees that
cover all the retailers in Noida providing them with the orders and
taking theirs queries and suggestions
• Order processing: The minimum order quantity for the retailers is
1000 units per week
• Holding inventory: The distributor stocks the inventory from the
warehouse in Dadri and provides to the retailers
• Gathering market information: All the information regarding the
market is collected by the DS and given to the distributor and then
he forwards it to the company
• Customer support: Units are given on monthly credit bases and in
case of any issue/damage the products are completely returned

 Product Availability:- The customer demand for Classmate Notebooks is
more during Peak season i.e. March- April and August- September , that’s
why distributor keep enough inventory to meet the demands of the
customers

during the Peak Season
