Introduction
ISN'T TECHNOLOGY AN INTEGRAL PART OF OUR DAILY LIFE? PEOPLE AROUND THE
WORLD RELY ON GADGETS FOR THINGS LIKE COMMUNICATION, ORGANISATION
AND EMPLOYMENT. EVERYDAY, WE SEE PEOPLE TALKING ON THEIR CELL PHONE,
TAPPING AWAY ON A LAPTOP OR LISTENING TO THEIR MP3 OR IPOD. WHILE
TECHNOLOGY IS IMPRESSIVE, THERE ARE CERTAIN DRAWBACKS IN AREAS LIKE
HEALTH, PUBLIC SAFETY AND EDUCATION THAT SHOULD BE ADDRESSEDAS WELL.
BEING AWARE OF THESE DANGERS CAN HELP DIMINISH OR REVERSE THESE
NEGATIVE EFFECTS OF GADGETS WE USE.

THE FIRST OF THE MANY GADGETS THAT COMES TO MIND ARE MOBILEPHONES,
CAMERA AND LAPTOP. THERE ARE A LOT MORE GADGETS WHICH HAVE BEEN
INTRODUCED IN THE 21ST CENTURY WHICH ARE CAUSING A LOT OF HEALTH
PROBLEMS. THESE HEALTH PROBLEMS, DUE TO THE CONTINUOUS USE OF
GADGETS, HAVE SPOILED THE LIVES OF YOUNG CHILDREN TOO. THE USE OF A
GADGET HAS BECOME SO IMPORTANT THAT PEOPLE DO NOT HAVE THE ABILITY
TO STAY WITHOUT IT TOO.
Aggression
CHILDREN BECOME AGGRESSIVE WHEN IT COMES TO GADGETS. THIS ISONE OF
THE EFFECTS OF USING GADGETS.
Obesity
YOU BECOME A COUCH POTATO ONCE YOU HAVE A GADGET IN HAND.
PLAYING A GAME OR FIDDLING WITH AGADGET MAKES YOU HUNGRY AND
UNKNOWINGLY YOU BEGIN TO BINGE ON FOOD WITHOUT MOVING AN
INCH FROM THE COUCH, THUS ADDING TO THE POUNDS OF WEIGHT.
Sleep Disorders
THIS IS ONE OF THE MAIN REASONS WHY CHILDREN SHOULD NOT BE
GIVEN ANY GADGET UNTIL THEY REACH A CERTAIN AGE. SLEEP
DISORDERS ARE CAUSED BECAUSE OF THE CONSTANT USE OF
GADGETS.
EyesInfections
DO YOU HAVE A CONSTANT ITCH IN YOUR EYE?IF YOU DO, THEN IT IS BECAUSE OF
THE STRAIN YOU PUT ON YOUR EYES.THE CONSTANT STRAIN LEADS TO A DRY EYE

MICROSCOPIC HAIR OF THE INNER EARS INTO SCAR TISSUE IF DONE HABITUALLY.
THIS IS ONE OF THE MAIN WAYS HOW GADGETS AFFECT YOURHEALTH.

EFFECTS OF USING GADGETS.

I arrange some games on holidays like cricket,badminton ,etc .and also we are palning a yoga
session daily in the club house .
CONCLUSION
• Keep your kids as far away as possible from cordless
phones, mobile phones, wifi, baby monitors, breaker boxes and
electric outlets
•Turn off computers and routers and WiFi at night
•Don’t let children talk on cellphones or cordless phones and
don’t store your cellphone in the pocket of your baby carrier
•Make less use of electronic gadgets.
•Engage yourself more in physical activities during free time .
•Keep yourself and children away from electronic gadgets for a
happy and healthy future.
