1. TIME ALLOTMENT: 10-15 minutes will be allotted for the

presentation and 10-15 minutes for the proposal examination
(Q&A)
2. ATTIRE: All students will wear their complete (blouse, skirt,
black shoes, ID) uniform. In addition to this, each student will
wear a nametag (FAMILY NAME, First Name – Font Size 36)
3. NOTES/iPAD: Students are allowed use of notes and iPADs
provided that they are not completely reliant on these during
the presentation.

4. LANGUAGE USE: Students should use English throughout

the presentation.
5. POWERPOINT PRESENTATION:
• Should be uploaded on the computer before the 1 st
presentation
• Make sure that the PPTs are readable. These should

following the flow of the discussion.
