Introduction

It is proposed with this project to implement the


knowledge acquired and everything the process that has
been generated so that the company Acertemos S.A, has
in It has the following proposal to improve the
presentation of the brand that achieve impact and
recognition. To provide the relevant options to maintain
their customers and ensure that grow them.
It is clear that it is a brief summary of all the work that
was done in this study project, which included four
phases that are: Analysis, planning, execution and
finally evaluation.
Objectives
⮚ Analyze through external observations and through
investigations internal; having as basic tools the
interview and you find the users who take the service in
the company Acertemos S.A.
⮚ Build according to market segmentation and
identification of services provided by Acertemos S.A, to
raise the proposal to maintain or Improve the image of
the company logo.
The company Acertemos S.A is an entity that provides an
intangible service which returns it in a way of high
consumption and cultural movement, since of 100%, at
least 90% of our country bets on chance and that speaking
from our territory, since if we expand our vision at the
level worldwide, gambling is of cultural and demographic
connotation; which it's it leads us to notice that these
gambling entities decide complete with other intangible
services such as, recharges, payment of public services,
money orders and even the sale of car policies (SOAT), is
evident the capacity of growth of the consumption of these
services and for that reason Acertemos S.A; seeks to grow
more and more at the southern level of Colombia and why
not at the level of the entire national territory.
How did it go with the company under study?

In general terms, we did very well, the surveys and


observation gave us very good results, where it was evident
that the company needed more recognition of its brand, and
we offered them the option of a change of image of their
logo, fueling more colors and presenting it little by little in
their organized events. Showing a great result among its
customers and consumers of the services provided by the
entity.
Conclusions and Reflections

It is noteworthy that the Working Group is essential for the


development of a project and its implementation, we feel
fortunate and fortunate, because our group relied on each of
the activities to develop for the company under study, and
that leaves us learning that "the union make strength."
