regional cooperation is the
Association of Southeast Asian
Nations. (ASEAN)
It was founded in 1967 by
Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines,
Singapore and Thailand.
ASEAN was a regional organization with
real power which means it can deliver
what it has promised to do. It is under
the AFTA or ASEAN Free Trade
Agreement which allows a free trade
area for internal trade but also have
their own individual policies for external
trade.

are all parts of a whole which is the
entire operation and continuous
existence of MNC.
These parts have function in
accordance with the set of conditions,
rules and standards of the company.
All the divisions and functionaries of
the subsidiary company compose the
parts of the whole company. These
divisions are personnel and staff,
administration, accounting and cashier,
security, auxiliary which are
interrelated and affect each other.
Another area showing the relations of
the various components to the whole is
in the chain process.
The different stages to be undertaken
in relation to the formulation of the
entire value chain process have to be
coherent, supportive and consistent
with one another.
