Input Required From Customer for ILSA

 Data Required to Create Asset Project

– Site planning parameters with transmit power (including physical information, Site type: -
Macro, Micro, IBS).
– Current Traffic carried
– ASSET Map Data(.bin)
– Clutter
– Height
– Vectors
– Various network boundaries (i.e. Cluster boundary, LAC-RAC, BSC Boundaries etc.), which
are already defend the current network.
– Antennas
– Propagation Models values with Clutter offsets

Introduction
 Objective
– Analyze the current frequency plan (based on prediction).
 Process
– Recreated an ASSET Project and updated all the carrier layers with provided information.
– To analyze the current plan we used Interactive Frequency Analysis Module.
– For a successful run we generated
• Current Traffic distribution
• Interference Matrix
• Carrier separation violations
– Run ILSA
• Run ILSA as per Plan Carrier scheme
 Result
– Contributes in Interference for each Layer (900 & 1800)
– Worst and Total Interference
