Vivin Controls is a Private Limited(Pvt.Ltd.)

company incorporated on May 04 1964.It is
involved in manufacture of electricity
distribution and control apparatus[electrical
apparatus for switching or protecting electrical
circuits(e.g. switches,fuses,voltage
limiters,surge suppressors,junction boxes etc)
Definition and basics of Control Panel:

• A Control Panel is a flat or vertical area where control or

monitoring instruments are displayed or it is an enclosed unit
that is the part of a system which is also called as Control Unit
• They acts as a power distributors and controller of the system
 Need for Control Panel
• Control Paanel is important when there is any
issue with the circuit or any electrical part.It is
important to turn off the items that causes the
breaker to trip.These Panels are responsible for
holding the
meters,switches,relay,cables,MCCB and other
electrical equipment and also responsible for
controlling the beginning and ending
procedures of a process or a piece of
equipment.
 Relay
A relay is an electrically operated switch and
it uses an electromagnet to mechanically
operate the switch.The relay switches open
and close the circuits electromechanically or
electronically.It controls one electrical circuit
by opening and closing contacts in another
circuit
 VFD (Variable Frequency Drive)
• It is designed to control the speed of the motor
and the feed pump.
• It is widely used in drilling,pumping and other
large machine applications.
• Also used in electro mechanical drive systems
to control Ac motor speed and torque by
varying motor input frequency and input
voltage.
 MCB(Miniature Circuit Breakers):

• MCB is a protecting device which is used

before the feeder.This should be selected
according to the capacity of the feeder.Other
than MCB Mould Case Circuit
Breaker(MCCB) and Earth Leakage Circuit
Breaker(ELCB) can also be used before the
feeder as a protecting device.
