to grow faster
Background of the Study

Average Percentage of different method of indoor plant growing system

Objectives of the Study

 Design and experiment a hydroponic plant growth system using a

controlled-environment room (CER) for control environmental condition.
 Specific aims of the study:
 1. To determine the level of acceptability of the device in terms of
the following: (ISO/IEC 25010)
 1 Reliability;
 1.2 Functional Suitability;
 1.3 Maintainability;
 1.4 Usability; and
 1.5 Security
Objectives of the Study

 2. To determine the effectiveness of Controlled environmental

conditions in a hydroponic plant growth system in terms of the
following:
 2.1 Temperature;
 2.1.1 Air
 2.1.2 Water
 2.2 Luminance;
 2.3 Humidity
Objectives of the Study

 3. To test the level of performance efficiency of

controlled environmental conditions in a hydroponic

Statistical Treatment

The researchers used the following statistical measures in order to

interpret the sequel of the study:
 1. To determine the level of acceptability of the system in terms
of the following variables: Reliability, Functional Suitability,
Maintainability, Usability and Security, weighted mean will be
applied.
 2. To test the level of effectiveness of the system by means of
controlled condition, record sheet and weighted mean will be
applied.
 3. To test the level of Performance Efficiency of the 3 parameters:
Temperature, Humidity and Luminance record sheet and
weighted mean will be applied.
Statistical Treatment

 4. To test the level of significance in the performance

of the controlled environmental temperature system
under the 3 parameters: Temperature, Humidity and
Luminance, Two-way Analysis of Variance with
Interaction Effect will be applied.
 5. To test the level of interaction effect between the
device and the three parameters: Temperature,
Humidity and Luminance, Two-way Analysis of
Variance with Interaction effect will be applied.
