Awareness of paper bags

Introduction
• Plastic pollution is currently one of the biggest environmental
concerns. It may seem like large amounts of plastic waste are
inevitable in the world we live in, but you can help with the plastic
pollution issue by being aware of its dangers and taking steps to
reduce waste.
• The amount of garbage in the world increases as the population
grows, and disposable plastic products, like water bottles and soda
cans, accumulate over time. Plastic pollution occurs when enough
plastic has gathered in an area that it affects the natural
environment and harms plants, animals, or humans.
• Plastic has toxic pollutants that damage the environment and cause
land, water, and air pollution. It can take hundreds or even
thousands of years for plastic to break down, so the damage to the
environment is long-lasting
Needs of study
• An experiment is a research method for investigating
cause and effect under highly controlled conditions.
When conducting an experiment, researchers will test
a hypothesis.
• A hypothesis is a statement of how two or more
variables are related. For example, let's say we wanted
to examine whether studying affects a person's GPA
• Our hypothesis might be: the more a person studies,
the higher a person's GPA will be. In this example,
studying would be the independent variable (the
cause), while a person's GPA would be the dependent
variable (the effect).
Objective

• Paper bags have come a long way since their beginnings in the mid-
eighteenth century when some paper bag manufacturers started
developing paper bags that are more hardy and long lasting.

carry, neat and can hold lot of items. It adds to your status symbol as they
can be embossed and grained to enhance the look.

Suggestion
• Plastic bags tend to disrupt the environment in a serious
way. They get into the soil and slowly release toxic
chemicals. Animals eat them and often choke and die.
• Plastic bags pollute the Earth in two major ways.
• They are thrown into landfills and there, they stay and
contaminate the Earth for at least 1,000 years and leak
toxins into the Earth and also affect fresh water reserves.
• They are thrown into landfills and there, they stay and

• Search for alternatives: The search for alternatives to
plastic bags is continuing. Paper bags are a possible option
but they also take their toll on the environment
