 Now a days most of all kind of metals like tools
are getting upgraded in order to improve the
property of their properties like hardness
,likewise its very difficult to alter or to modify
according to our need ,there are literally
hundreds of cutting tool available in home
improve ment and hardware stores .unless you
are an expert
 WORKING PRINCIPLE

 As our has bearing connected with the moving

lever along the lever connected with the
compression spring, to which the spring is
connected to connecting rod joined with holding
bar at which the cutting tool is connected, As the
cutting tool is specially modified for cutting
purpose in which the metal is used for the cutting
tool is HCHCR graded steel which more harden
than other mild steel. in that cutting tool a small
key way cutting done on the tool in order to cut
metal rods.
