HOW R.K.GOYAL PAPER PRODUCT
PVT. LTD. ( DELTA ) MOTIVATE
THEIR TEAM TO LEARN

Incentivise and recognise employee achievements

After talking with director (Manish Goyal) and manager we

got to know that Managers play a critical role in motivating
employees to learn and grow, but this role should
complement incentive and recognition structures. So
R.K.Goyal Paper Product Pvt. Ltd. has organisation’s
incentive system to provide rewards and recognition to
employees when they go above and beyond performance
standards. When an employee makes a major achievement
at work, they are appropriately rewarded for it.
Take employees’ feedback into
account

R.K.Goyal Paper Product Pvt. Ltd.

Regularly seek feedback from their
staff about training and development
initiatives and use this feedback to
inform their training decisions. They
Encourage a culture of openness
where employees feel comfortable
about talking about what they
experience with training and
development programs. This way,
their employees will feel involved in
their training program and not feel
frustrated that company is not
listening to their perspective .
