(hard copy/sign.)
2. Project Report : same title/project with presentation/interview- (word format, times new
roman/arial – size 12 /interval 1.5)
3. Others support document ;
a) Photo passport size (non glossy)– 3 pcs ( name & i/c at the back)
b) I/C Photostat – front & back at 1 page (certified true copy)
c) Degree/Master/PHD certificate (certified true copy) – also print qualification
recognition from http://www2.mqa.gov.my/mqr/ for local university &
www2.mqa.gov.my/esisraf/ for oversea university.(IEM/BEM approval accepted)
d) CEMTC attendant certified + **Certified Energy Manager (CEM) certificate
(certified true copy) . - ** will prepare by MAESCO
e) Letter from company - to prove that you’re working there & do energy related job.
f) Lampiran A –accumulate minimum 52 weeks experience in energy efficiency for
degree & 26 week for professional engineer ; - can download from ECOS system
(verified by Commissioner For Oaths @ professional Engineer @ Manager n above)

Untuk makluman, semua salinan dokumen sokongan Permohonan PTE haruslah disahkan oleh
Pesuruhjaya Sumpah atau Professional Engineer atau pengurusan syarikat pemohon. Dokumen
yang disahkan haruslah mempunyai maklumat sekuranya-kurangnya berikut:
 Nama Pengesah;
 Jawatan Pengesah;
 Organisasi Pengesah;
 Tandatangan Pengesah; dan
 Cop Organisasi

Dimaklumkan kembali dokumen yang memerlukan pengesahan untuk makluman tuan / puan:

1) Satu salinan kad pengenalan yang disahkan;

2) Salinan resit pembaharuan pendaftaran dengan Lembaga Jurutera Malaysia (BEM)
yang terkini yang disahkan (jika ada);
3) Salinan Ijazah/ Setaraf yang disahkan;
4) Sekiranya Ijazah luar negara atau IPTS, harus disertakan pengiktirafan MQA atau
sijil pendaftaran dengan BEM atau badan yang diiktiraf oleh Kerajaan Malaysia;
5) Salinan perakuan Kekompetenan Suruhanjaya Tenaga yang sedia ada yang
disahkan (jika ada);
6) Senarai dan penerangan lengkap pengalaman kerja dan latihan berkaitan
pengurusan tenaga elektrik dengan cekap seperti yang dikehendaki dalam
Lampiran A. Pengesahan haruslah dilakukan di setiap muka Lampiran A;
7) Surat pengesahan yang berkenaan daripada majikan/ pihak pepasangan bahawa
pengalaman kerja pemohon di Lampiran A dan laporan yang disediakan oleh
pemohon adalah benar (bukan surat pengesahan jawatan); dan
8) Pengesahan laporan oleh majikan dimuka hadapan laporan projek.

Pohon kerjasama untuk tuan / puan memastikan perkara diatas dipatuhi bagi melancarkan proses
kelulusan PTE baharu dibawah seliaan tuan / puan.

• Qualifications and brief description of the experiences of the
applicant in energy management.

• List of names, designation and key roles in the project
• The roles by the applicant is to be highlighted.

4.0 PREPARATORY STAGE

• Basic description of each step that may cover:
• Conceptual idea and feasibility study/assessment conducted
• Proposal preparation and presentation for approval
• Procurement process involved

5.0 ENERGY EFFICIENCY PRINCIPLES APPLIED
• Basic description of key engineering or energy efficiency
principles for the applications or technology applications that

• Basic engineering/technical calculations to estimate potential
energy savings values can be achieved from the proposed
projects.

• Types of methodology and calculations used to measure
energy saving results from implementing the projects.

8.0 FINANCIAL ANALYSIS

• Basic financial information and analysis such as total costs,
Payback Period/ROI/LCC for the projects.
