All LGUs shall appropriate a
substantial portion of their respective
budgets for anti-illegal drug
activities to include barangay drug
clearing operations.

The Local Police Unit shall submit an

annual budget proposal for barangay
drug clearing operations to the LCEs
to form part of the executive budget.
