Training Summary

● I have completed a 28 days of training at ESSEN SPECIALITY FILMS PVT.LTD

(RAJKOT).
● The work data of such institution is so sensitive that it must have strict security
procedures to protect its products from theft especially by rival countries who
will find this information very useful. These strict procedures have large effect in
limiting available information to include in this report. Only available information
is included.
● Academic material information is essential for the work and development of
engineer more than any else job. He/she should remember much of what he/she
studied at university and at the same time learn more and more to keep in track
with new technologies and researches.
● At ESSEN SPECIALITY FILMS PVT.LTD I stepped large steps in
improving my skills and understanding the fire prevention, fire fighting,
inspection of fire appliances and equipments.
● Study about the work permit system.
● I learned typical steps for making report of accident investigation and
checklist of forklift, electrical panel, dg set, welding m/c.
● The main and most useful part of my training was working with the
staff of safety department. During the training period, I was submitted
the tasks for preparation of HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk
Assessment) of various sectors of plant.
● I think that my most important outcome from training in ESSEN
SPECIALITY FILMS PVT.LTD is acquiring many new useful skills of
various types and developing some of my existing skills. I think these
skills are very valuable since they can signify an impact in solving
problems and in development of my career.

products aimed at the fast track growth sectors. In this process,
Essen have been able to build economy of scale and the cost
efficiencies that come along with it.

Essen vision is to emerge as one stop solution

provider to all your esteemed customers for their requirement of
extruded and thermoformed plastic products.
Plant Layout
Eva Plant Process

● The raw material sucked by octopus m/c and mixed properly and passes to sheet
line m/c.
● In sheet line m/c the raw material gets melted and the melted material come from
the die is result on sheet.
● After then it's get rolled in the rolling m/c and forwarded to printing area.
● In printing m/c the thin sheet of plastic gets laminated and gets small proper
shape and passed to packing area.
● Not the processed material gets packed and gets
dispatch.

Injection Moulding Plant Process

● The raw material are putted in the hopper of moulding m/c

and started the m/c.
● After few minutes the raw material gets melt and moulded by
the die of m/c
● The processed material comes bottom of m/c with cooled
temperature.
● After this process the material gets assembled in robotic area
or by man power.
● After that it gets packed and dispatch.

Eva Foam Plant Process

● The mixed raw material putted on the Kneader m/c in which material gets rubber like
structure.
● After formation of rubber material passed by bucket conveyer to Roll Mill Mixing
01(RMM01) in which material are mixed and green sheet is prepared at 150°c
temperature.
● The green sheet again transfer to Roll Mill Mixing 02 (RMM02) result on final sheet at
temperature 150°c.
● After that its slice in small sheet and arrange for making thick which actual weight is
8kg.
● The weighted sheet further processed in hydraulic m/c of cycle time 30-40 minutes
which convert small sheet to thick rubber foam at temperature 165-170°c .
● After that is gets slice by High Speed Slicing m/c and delivered to TFM m/c.
● In TFM m/c the slice material get final shape and size.
● After that the processed material get packed and dispatched.
