Functions:
o Ensures that the updated lists of vacancies are
regularly posted at conspicuous places;
o Receives applications and documents;
o Verifies and certifies as to completeness, veracity,
accuracy, and authenticity of documents;
o Issues a certification to each applicant that it has
received the application specifying the documents that
have been submitted in support of the application.

Committee and the Division Selection
Committee / Division Personnel Selection

systematic screening and selection of
qualified applicants, this Division adopts
the following PROCESS based on the
aforementioned DepEd Orders.

For entrant and promotion positions,
except Master Teacher positions:
HRMO, SGOD-HRD and DIO prepare
the Notice of Vacancies from the
CSC Registry and the
accompanying Division
memorandum
HRMO, SGOD-HRD and DIO ensure
posting of the Division memorandum
and the Notice of Vacancies on: 1) the
Division Information Board; 2) School
Information Boards; 3) Division Website
/ Facebook Page and disseminate the
Division memorandum promptly and
extensively.
Within fifteen (15) working days, the
School Screening Committees update
the School Lists of Qualified Applicants
and submit them to the Division Office
