MARKETING STRATEGIES
There are two types of marketing strategies used for marketing of
TATA product and services:

 Online marketing – website, booking, games, social media,


advertising.

 Offline marketing – collaboration, television, mall promotions,


leveraging existing infrastructure.
SWOT ANALYSIS of Tata
SWOT stands for Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat.
It is a useful analysis that takes into consideration not only your own
business but your competitor’s activities and current industry happenings as
well.
The working structure
• In the case of Tata Motors, the organization has understood the
importance of interactions between employers and workers.

• It facilitates easy interaction between the different levels in the


organization.

• TATAS follow the Supportive model of organizational behavior as


it ensures a maximum probability that in all interactions and all
relationships with the organization, each member will, view the
experience as supportive and one which builds and maintains his or
her sense of personal worth and importance.
STYLE OF MANAGING
The 3 levels in which the structure can be divided:

 The Upper Management of the company has designation like the Managing
Director of the entire company and the Group Executive officer.

 The Senior Management has the various Vice Presidents of the different
departments which come directly under the Managing Director.

 The Middle Management have the Chiefs of the various functions who
coordinate the activities of its function along with the other departments.

The functions are handled by the Head of Marketing and Finance. Then, there
are the various Manager Accounts who handle the different aspects of the
department. Under these Managers are the officers who carry out the actual
accounting work of the department
So we conclude that:

• Supportive organization culture of TATA group works well because they


allow a team to focus upon a single product or service, with a leadership
structure that supports its major strategic objectives.

• Having its own president or vice president makes it more likely the division
will receive the resources it needs from the company.

• Also, a supportive focus allows it to build a common culture that contributes


both to higher morale and a better knowledge of the division's portfolio.
