SALADS
OUR MISSION:
• One day, while walking in the park, our owner Alex looked inside a bin. He saw the piles of
McDonalds wrappers and thought. ‘If only that were different’. So he made it different.
• The next day, Alex employed a local (ish) chef, rented a building and started our wonderful
company. It was a rash decision, but it payed off, and Alex has been a successful businessman
ever since.
OUR STAFF:

WHY INCLUDE US?
• SC eateries needs us because we provide healthy meals for students and teachers, with all the
taste of a Big Mac & Fries. Here at Shootout Salads we pride ourselves in customer service, and
we will change our space and methods to ways Scots College and SC Eateries sees fit. If they
need a space to conduct a Chapel, or Assembly, that is something we will provide. Our eating
area seats 30 students and could be used for other purposes, just like the school's gym.
• Shootout Salads also uses environmentally friendly packaging, which once used, can be recycled
into a new, clean box. The signature bowls we have are 100% biodegradable and can be
recycled as many times as needed. We need to be featured in SC Eateries, as we are an
environmentally friendly company, who feeds hungry students with healthy, nutritious food to
keep them going for the day.
