Introduction

project is throwing light on Real Estate sector of India started on 10th JUNE 2019
in Pushpak Precision Industries Pvt. Ltd. (A Real Estate Company) and was
asked to study ‘The Study of Consumer’s Perception towards buying a Residential
Apartments’

Whenever a person goes to buy a house, he is very confused. At that time he


doesn’t have a clear cut vision of, whether to go for this builder, that builder,
which place, genuine price and various other factors. So at that time what is
there in the mind of the consumer.

Information was collected related to real estate and the information needed to buy
or search property from the educated people who can really have experience of
purchasing property or want to buy house or property
Objectives

Questionnaire was prepared according to the job given. The


objectives of questionnaire are as follows

To determine the customer’s perception.

To determine the problems faced by the customers while buying a house.


Profile of the Company

Pushpak Precision Industries Pvt. Ltd. has been in the


real estate market for years. They have built for
themselves the strong hold in the entire city of Pune.
Pushpak Precision Industries Pvt. Ltd.
The company has primarily involved in development
of sale in reasonable price to the middle class people
to have possession of the property of their dream.

18 out of 115 people give importance to the Marketing details of builder.


Do you think real estate developers give possession timely?

The answer of majority was not in favor.


Out of 115 people 63 said ‘no’ to this comprising of 55% of the whole population.
Whereas 38 said ‘Yes’ and Rest were in two minds.

Hence as per the survey real estate developer doesn’t Gives possession timely.
Q. Which parameters do you take into consideration while selecting a residential property?

As per survey People Gives Most Importance to Location, accessibility, Price and Quality
then they gives preference to Transportation, Space,
Facility, Interior and People gives least importance to Scheme, Brand Name.
Q. What source of information do you prefer while buying /searching for a property?

The above chart shows that most of the people prefer Personal Reference
(25.21 %) and Print Media (22.60%) for searching house or property. And other
sources like Internet, Broker, TV & Radio, Outdoor advertisement are having
20%, 15.65%, 6.9%, and 9.56% respectively.
Q. What will be your mode of purchase of residential apartment?

More than 80% people prefer home loan and instalment option as mode of payment in
that 46% people select home loan option
and 37% people select instalments option. Only 6% people select lum sum option as
mode of payment. 11% people select o
ther mode of payment.
CONCLUSION

 majority of the people are still unaware of the documents


which they should look for before going to buying a house.
 The conclusion thus is that people need to be more aware of
all the documents, the total legalities, and collect as
much as information from the builders, and then only they
can do their investment with a free mind.
 Thus because of the above reasons there is a need to create
awareness among the customers as well as project
developers to give the customers the complete information
