2. Order Processing at Vendor Panel

All the orders are pushed to Uniware and then to respective vendor panels for processing. The vendor then
processes the orders, it includes picking, packing and dispatching the shipments.

3. Real-time Inventory Update on Webstore

4. Return Management

RTO – Return to Origin i.e. the customer was not available during the time of delivery, and the package has to
return as it is
CIR – Customer Initiated Return i.e., customer initiated the return after receiving the package, a reverse pick has
to be arranged by Marketplaces/Vendors depending upon from where it originated

5. Role-based Access

The system allows role-based access to various resources within Uniware, which means an Admin will have a
different system view than a Vendor login.
