How Was Teachers Day Invented

We started celebrating Teachers Day from 5th of September 1962 at

the honour of the second president of India and a kind-hearted
teacher called Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan. The story behind it
was, At Sir sarvapelli’s time he was a very kind-hearted teacher. On
his birth day [ 5th sept ] his students decided to celebrate his
birthday. But when Sir Ramakrishnan saw this he said to his children
that, “ Their are many other teachers in India , you should thank
them to.” “do one thing, on my birthday, you celebrate it as
Teachers Day.” all the children agreed to their teacher and, started
following it. Thus led to the marvellous celebration of teachers day.
Meaning of a Teacher

• A teacher is a person who helps people to learn. A teacher often

works in a classroom. There are many different kinds of teachers.
Teachers often explain new knowledge, write on a blackboard or
whiteboard, sit behind their desks on chairs, help students with
their work, or mark students' work. A Teacher also has a lot of
responsibilities to be followed and might be the best profession I
have ever seen.
Your Teaching

We love and enjoy your way of teaching and love it, we often think
that “ How do you manage 32 children at the same time. And you
give us inspiration, our role model.
Handling The Class

You handle our class so well, we love it totally. Your outstanding

teaching and your voice, makes us quite that we get scared. Lets
have a round of applause for or very own class teacher!
Your looks

Your looks are extremely beautiful that makes us jealous. You

always wear beautiful clothes and are very positive from the inside
which makes a good impression on you.
Caring

You Mam, take care of us as your own children and help us grow by
learning and by keeping someone in-charge for things which tells us
that you believe in us. Your last warnings also show how you believe
and expect us to improve Day-by-Day.
Mischiefs

As I mentioned earlier, you give us last warnings and believe and

expect us to improve Day-by-Day, even after a lot of gossips we
make, you still are their for us like a true teacher.
An Essay for A madam on Teacher’s Day

Teacher’s day is celebrated every year on the birth anniversary of a great person Dr. Sarvapalli
Radhakrishnan. He was highly dedicated towards the teaching profession. It is said that, once he
was approached by some students and requested for celebrating his birthday on 5th of
September. And he replied that instead of celebrating it my birthday only, you should celebrated
it as a teachers day to pay honour to all teachers for their great works and contributions.
Teachers are the real shapers of the future building blocks of the country means they shape up
the students life who are ultimately the future of country.

Teachers are the nation-builders by building the future of citizens living in the country. But
nobody was there in the society to think about teachers and their contributions. The whole
credit goes to only one leader of India, President Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan who advised us to
celebrate his birthday as teacher’s day. Since 1962, 5th of September is being observed as
Teacher’s Day every year. Our teachers not only teach us about subjects, but they also improve
our personality, confidence and skill level. They make us able to get over from any problem or
difficulty all through the life.
The responsibilities you follow as a Teacher

You follow many responsibilities as a good Teacher. Here are some,

• You are a very honest Teacher
• You never take you students name for any of their mistakes
• You teach us very clearly and give very neat notes
• You respect us as much as we must respect you
• You always try to do your best at teaching us
Our lack

All of us might have understood how much our Teacher cares for us
to help us to progress and develop but, we are still lacing behind by
not obeying Anjali miss and other Teachers which come and teach us
for our future, for our progress as we are the future of the progress
of our country. They give us so much time and attention and we are
failing their attempt by not giving respect.
