The following services will be provided in Phas1C :-
1. Internal and external Electrical installations and fans
2. Vertical Transportation ( Lifts and Dumb waiter in Kitchen)
3. CCTV security surveillance system
4. LAN, WiFi and DATA networking
5. Uninterrupted power supply system (UPS)
6. Audio- Video system
7. Building management system (BMS)
8. Supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system
9. Fire Fighting and sprinkler system
10. Fire detection and alarm system
11. 11/0.44 KV Electrical Sub-Stations
12. Street Lighting, Garden and Facade lighting
13. Hydro-pneumatic Water supply pumping system
14. Sewage treatment plant (STP), ETP and WTP system
15. DG set system
16. Heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system
17. Solar Water heating system
18. HVLS Fans
The following services are not in the scope of work in Phas1C :-
1. IP PBX and IP Telephone hand set
2. Solar PV generation system
1. Internal and external Electrical installations and fans

i) Copper wiring in steel conduit with modular switch/ sockets

ii) Submain, circuit and data wiring in modular PVC trunking system
in all building except residential blocks
iii) Energy efficient LED lighting
iv) Energy efficient 5 star rating AC ceiling fans
v) Light and power plugs
vi) Industrial sockets for Labs and machinery equipment
vii) Main panel at ground floor and Floor panels at each floor in all
building except hostel and residential blocks with SCADA
viii) Rising main in hostel building
ix) MCCBs, MCBs and MCB Distribution board
x) Earthing system
xi) Lightning arrestor system for multi-storey buildings
2. Vertical Transportation System( MRL Lifts and Dumb Waiter)

i) MRL Passenger and Bed lifts in all building

ii) Lifts will be compatible as per Accessible India Campaign(AIB)
iii) Automatic rescue device (ARD) in Lifts
iv) 250 Kg Capacity Dumb waiter in Dinning Block Kitchen area
3. CCTV security surveillance system

i) CCTV system will be provided in all common area (except

Washrooms), Classrooms, office areas, roads & approach
subways, and terrace as per NBC
ii) IP based cameras
iii) Recording backup will be stored on IIT’s existing server
iv) Wiring with CAT-6A
v) VMS system will be provided by IIT Jammu
4. LAN, WiFi and DATA networking

i) All Wiring with CAT-6A cable

ii) Active parts are in the scope of IIT Jammu
iii) All passive parts are in the scope of CPWD
iv) OFC layout and details will be provided by IIT however
supplying and Laying of OFC cable is in the scope of CPWD.
5. Uninterrupted power supply system (UPS)

i) For Fire alarm system, CCTV, DATA networking

ii) Audio Video system
iii) Emergency Lighting with inverter as per NBC 2016
iv) Exit illuminating signage and fire escape routes
