Mr. Mirchandani has over 30 years of direct experience in setting up large projects in different verticals
such as Textiles, Finance, Power, Mining, Health, Infrastructure, etc. across the globe. He also has 9 years
of extensive experience in Wind and Solar projects and has successfully developed several technologies in
these areas. The founder and driver of the Solar Ace Project, Mr. Mirchandani has been recently involved
with Planning Commission to develop a plan for bridging the massive power gap in India using CSP in
the Coastal and Desert areas. His concept paper in the CSP technology has ignited tremendous interest and

Deepak Gadre

A mechanical engineer with 35 years of rich experience in the field of Solar Passive Architecture with special
emphasis on Natural Ventilation of industrial buildings and Daylighting. I have also been active in the areas
of Pre-Engineered and Pre-Fabricated building and structural systems.
Since 1995, have been actively working on Pre-Engineered and Pre-Fabricated building systems using
Structural Insulated Panels (SIP). Starting with India’s first GSM Cell Site equipment shelter and associated
antenna support (Delta Frames, Monopoles, Towers, Free Standing masts etc.) systems for the then BPL
Mobile, Mumbai to current work in a component based model for building construction. I have extensive
experience in RPUF as well as Mineral Wool core SIPs with various facing materials.
He has been instrumental in establishing Gravity / Natural Ventilation of large single story industrial
buildings since 1980. His ventilator design is being made (copied!) under various names such as Gravent,
Ridgevent, Venturi Vent etc. I make this under the trade name PERMAVENT. This is made in association with
M/s. Suroj Modular. My forte is the IP in the Ventilation System Design rather than the physical ventilator.
There are over 1500 installation designed by me.

Malcolm White (Advisor and Mentor)
Malcolm White recently retired from the semi-conductor industry where he was involved in the
physical design of integrated circuits. He worked for a number of companies during his career
including National Semiconductor, HP, Mentor Graphics, ITT and Intel. His work included direct
design work, management of design teams one of which had 43 people, and specification of
software used for integrated circuit physical design. Malcolm has also had a long time parallel
interest in residential design and construction. Part of his career included a break from the semi-
conductor industry during which he was in charge of design for a company that built prefabricated
wood frame buildings – most of which were houses. His skill set includes architectural design
expertise, website development and computer programming. He also has had direct hands on
experience in most all phases of both residential design and construction. Malcolm has a broad
base of knowledge and experience relative to construction techniques and materials and is an
innovative problem solver. Since retirement he has become a fully licensed Residential General
Contractor in the State of Oregon. He has also been working with a small company that builds tiny
houses where he has been doing all of their design work and even some prefabrication of building
panels.

Founder & CEO at aNurJa – Inspiring Green, is a certified civil engineer and a Post Graduate in
Green Buildings from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst – USA holds a worthy experience
in the Green Technology Industry. He worked on 12 Energy Efficiency Projects, funded by the
World Bank, Asian Development Bank, International Institute of Energy Conservation, Bureau of
Energy Efficiency and British High Commission, for countries like India, Pacific Islands etc. Along
with his experience in Energy Efficiency and Energy Auditing analysis, he has also worked widely in
the Green Building & Renewable Energy Sector. He has helped several builders in India to build
Green Buildings (Pre – Certified by Indian Green Building Council). He has also designed Solar &
Wind Plants in India, with a capacity upto 100 kWp for hotels, households of Western India. He has
worked with Shapoorji Pallonji Construction Limited as their Green Building Consultant/Engineer to
establish India’s 1st ever-open rooftop drive in theatre located in Mumbai. His team is aiming to get
LEED Gold Certification for the same. Along with analytical skill he is also well versed with
software skills, he has developed an iPhone/iPad app for Rooftop Solar PV Plant fro 1200 locations
across the globe.

To give best Insulation and R Values (Resistance to Heat and
cold) the product which has beeen developed over the years is
SIP (Structurally Insulated Panels). SIPS have a Insulation Core
SIPS How made of Extended Polystyrene (EPS) or Polyurethane
(PUF)and water proof skins made of Metal , Wood , Fiber
does it affect Cement and MgO. Panels can be load bearing or needing a
R Values Steel framework. We would use Load Bearing Direct Assembly

1. The SIPS is the only Real Option on the Table today

Making and House except for SIPS Sectional Cutting Softwares.

Asssembly 3. The Main Initial Focus will be on setting up a PODS
the Hexagon Factory. Bathrom,Kitchen, Living Room Pods
completely Assembled and Finished will be sent to
the site. The Travel Industry needs for Remote sites
has made this Segment the Most Important
Business Segment.
4. Initially we can start with just Laminated OSB
Sheets with EPS . These could be made In House or
Outsourced

We have planned to use the following SIPS in the Prototype:
the SIPS 1. 100 MM Panels PUF Insulation Panel 80 mm Insulation, Fiber
Hexagon Cement / 0.5 mm PPGI Sheets ( Colored Steel Sheets) of 10
mm each available on both sides. Panels of size 4x8 feet. This
is for use in the Walls and 120 mm Foam
2. No Cutting Tools available. But we have identified the -----(List
of Tools) Hand held which we can use in making the first
prototype
3. PUF Panels from 30-50mm thickness available for the Inner
Walls

Other Requirements
For making the Prototype we need some 1000 sq ft of space
and the Hand Tools for Cutting (Chain Saws) and Rendering.
Our Promoter Architect Mr Mukund drew the CAD
Diagram for the Hexagon as attached .
Steps in the For purposes of Prototyping we shall use local
Prototyping- talent to do the SIPS Sectional Drawings and then
