 Hard Rock Café is planning to conduct the annual event
“Rockfest” which expects 100,000 fans
 Vice president Chris Tomasso who is the in charge of Project
management has only 9 months period to plan and execute
 He uses Microsoft project – a project management software
to update his progress
 There are 26 activities to be done to conduct the event
successfully
