• I came from the beautiful province

of Pampanga where the well
known Mt. Pinatubo can be found
and I specifically lived in Angeles
City for more than two decades.

trainee in Pizza Hut Harrison Plaza

Manila that's why I asked help
from Ed Calupitan, a fellow crew
member in Pizza hut Dau who was
based in Manila.

Mt. Pinatubo were announced and
I was not aware that there is a
volcano in the Zamboanga
Mountain Range.

• I was not aware of the impending

danger the volcano can cause
us. This volcano was deeply
hidden among the several
mountains called the cabusilan
mountains of Zambales. Can't
think of a reason how did Mt.
Pinatubo managed to hide there.

• One day, after my shift, I went to

see the film "Hihintayin Kita sa
Langit" where Dawn Zulueta and
Richard Gomez played the role of
being each other's lovers and I felt
all mushy and melodramatic
because of the film.

• I was walking away from the

cinema house when I saw some
parked cars covered with whitish-
gray blanket. Then seconds later, it
seemed like it was snowing in
Manila but it turned out that those
were just ashes falling from the
sky.
