INTRODUCTION

 ‘Organisational Climate is the human


environment with in which the individuals
perform their tasks with in organisations
 The organizational climate is a concept
“perceived” by employees. Importantly, it is
dependent on a value judgment which can vary
greatly from person to person.
 The organizational climate affects productivity,
motivation and employee behavior.
 The organizational climate is a reflection of the
degree of employee motivation.

 Organizational culture is a system of shared
assumptions, values and beliefs that governs how
people behave in organizations.
 An organization provides boundaries and
guidelines that help members of the organization
know the correct way to perform their jobs.
 Organisational climate and job satisfaction are
distinct but related constructs, and both appear
to influence employees’ understanding of the
work environment and their level of job
satisfaction.

 Psychological factor is highly affected to the employees.
 Most of the respondents are 21-35 years age group.
 They started bending and stretching their style of
management to achieve the goals of organisation
 The management practices and the organisational
structure are totally people-oriented.
 The process of decision making starts from the bottom and
it culminates at the top.
 The organisational climate of the company is healthy and
conducive for individual and organisational growth.
 The systems and practices of the organisation are worth
emulating
 Most of the respondents are related to the private sector.
 Most of the respondents are influence by perks.
SUGGESTIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
 These processes and activities are designed to
yield behaviours that pursue organizational goals
and objectives
 Psychological needs of the employees should be
satisfied in the organization
 Participation of workers in decision making is
important to achieve the common goal of the
organization
 The company should facilitate the manner and
ethics in the organizations.
CONCLUSION
 Organizational culture is a pattern of basic
assumptions that are taught to the personnel as
the correct way to perceive, think and act on a
day-To-day basis
 Employees must have to follow the norms,
values, rules, and philosophy of the organisation
 Organizational culture serves as a control
mechanism that control, guides, and shapes the
attitude and behaviour of the employees.
 Manager must have examine the organizational
members, organizational ethics, the property
rights system, and organizational structure.
