of VPMF

Filtration

The inflow of raw water

through its inlet gradually
compresses the cylindrical
filter. If the filter pressure
reached critical depth, no
more filter pressure occur.
Through the pressure of filter
layer, the raw water is filtered
and discharged into an effluent
inlet.
Introduction of VPMF

A flexible micro fiber is cut at

equal length and then remolded
into a cylindrical shape,
attaching the micro fiber to the
holder of each end and
connecting them to the lower
flange of the pressure vessel.
The filter holder attached to
non-fixed side can be freely
movable within the housing in
the vertical direction according
to water flow.
Introduction of VPMF

Backwashing

By backwashing water and

compressed air, the compressed
filer will be gradually expanded in
an upward direction and the pore
structure shall be divided into
pieces. This process separates
the pollutants among the filters to
discharge it into the raw water.
Besides, the cylindrical filter
slightly vibrates itself resulting in
synergism of washing.
Therefore, it implements perfect
backwashing performance.
