 Adolescence can be both exciting and challenging.

 As the body prepares to perform an Adult roles.


 A never ending difficulties may challenge to put
teenagers to their limit.
 If unmanaged it will lead to clinical depression
and others may resort to risk taking behavoirs
such as substance abuse.
 The changes happening to an adolescent may also
bring enormous expectations from family, friends,
school and community.
 The role of the parents in training and
guiding their adolescents can make a great
impact on the capacity of adolescents to face
adversities.
 Challenges or problems serve as a tool to
harness patience, practice good judgement
or right discernment.
 “ experience can be the greatest teacher”

Encouragement
 Is the key ingredient for improving your
relationship to others.
 Lack of it can lead to conflict and misbehavior
 It develops a person psychological hardiness and
social interest.
 It is a lifeblood of a relationship
 It enhances the feeling of belonginess which may
lead to greater social interest.
 Social interest is the tendency of the
people unite themselves with other
human beings to accomplish a tasks in
cooperation of others.
