• Recruitment: Recruitment refers to the process of screening,
and selecting qualified people for a job at an organization or
firm, or for a vacancy in an organization or community group.

• Organizational Management: It helps to depict organizational


and reporting structures. It gives an up-to-date picture of the
enterprise’s organizational plan and task profiles, presented as
a hierarchy, matrix or network.

• Time Management: Supports in performing processes


involving the planning, recording and valuation of employees’
work performed and absence times.

versions are available for more than 50 countries.

• ESS & MSS: Employee self service (ESS) allows employees to


take control of their data and modify the data related to their

(MSS) to speed up decision making process in term of
approval and facilitate for analytical information.
