Efficient air flow and low noise
Los ventiladores stadard son bidireccionales
(Excepto M3BP400 and M3BP450 2-pole motors)

Bearings and lubrication

Degrees of freedom
Deep groove ball bearing can carry forces to all directions, it also has best re-
lubrication properties. Deep groove ball bearing is preferred choice for electric
motors, if required forces aren’t too big.

Regreasable
Ensures long lifetime of bearings
if correct type of grease is used
and given regreasing intervals are
followed
Motor should be relubricated when
running
Easy to mount automatic

Greased-through bearings

The formula to
change the L1
values roughly
to L10 values:
L10 = 2.7 x L1
Transport locking
can be used with
any kind of
bearings to reduce
harmful effect of
vibrations and
“oscillating”
movement of
rolling elements
during the
transport which
can cause
damages to rolling
surfaces.
Example of transport locking of a
(Transport locking flange mounted motor
can be good
choice even for
normal deep
groove ball
bearings in case of *) Used on demand (variant code 036), and with certain
long railway, ship
transport or bad
bearing combinations (i.e. Roller bearing (code 037) and
roads) angular contact ball bearing (codes 057-060)).
Exact type of locking depends on motor and bearing types.
Anti-condensation heaters,
if fitted,
should preferably be
energized.
The characteristics of
electrolytic
capacitors, if fitted to single-
phase
motors, will require
“reforming” following
periods of storage
exceeding 1 - 2 years.
