OBJECTIVE #2_THE OPERATIONS
Safety and Security
 HDS / Plantacion- For Installation of CCTVs both Arcade and Guard house
Main Gate
 HH3 CCTVs for refurbishment.
 No solicitations allowed. Door to door solicitations and sample
distributions are not allowed.
 Guests/Vehicles with NO stickers can only be allowed to enter to HDS
with corresponding requirements.
 Commercial Vehicles are only allowed to make deliveries. Upon exit
subject for inspection
 Residents/Homeowners are only allowed to use HDS Main Gate as
entrance and exit to subdivision. Private accesses along subdivision
walls is strictly prohibited and serious breach of security of all residents,
NO exceptions.
 Renters are required to submit NBI/Police/Brgy. Clearance
 Security Hotlines availability
Environmental Management
• Proper garbage and waste disposal and management
• Vacant/Unoccupied lots and reserved locations are
not allowed to be used as garbage disposal area.
• Burning trash, plastics, dried leaves, grass and other
waste materials are strictly prohibited.
• No littering on covered courts, community center,
function halls, admin office, daycare center and other
common areas.
Excellent Customer Service
• Listening with a purpose, showing empathy, and
ultimately solving problems are the keys to great
customer service.
• Prioritize issues and tackle them head-on. Even if
a solution is not available right away just to begin
to ease their concerns.
• Responsiveness for all maintenance requests,
professional, knowledgeable, and experienced
representation for clients and homeowners
needs.
• Good housekeeping and janitorial services to
include proper ground and gardening
maintenance

OBJECTIVE #3 INNOVATION_ Doesn’t necessarily mean new methods and technologies, but
rather finding innovative ways to apply a range of methods and technologies. We focus on
effectiveness, creating learning programs often innovative in their simplicity.

Successful energy management depends on the integration of energy efficient practices into the
“business as usual” operations of the Holiday Homes Subdivisions, is based on a regular assessment of
energy performance and implementation of procedures and measures to reduce energy waste and
increase efficiency.
