Introduction:

In Madana Mohana Academy school canteen need

this kind of product. I would like to proposed this buko
ice candy, it can be feasible to the customers because it
gives the consumer a amazing life during eating the
buko ice candy because it has a different taste from
other product,and it has sagu’t gulaman. It only cost
Php 5.00 it’s so affordable. I’ll be collecting money from
my business partners as the source of our fund.
Objective:

To be able to make creative product

To be able to progress our business
And to be able to gain profit
Marketing strategy:

To be able to sold our product we need a very

effective strategy. First we need a sales man or
women that is friendly and talkative so that they
can convince the costumers to buy our product and
lastly we should make our buko ice candy attractive
by putting some gulam or fruits and make sure that
it taste good.
Organization plan:
The member or our business partner should do their job and no
one should corrupt the money and everybody should do their best
to be able to sold the product and make our business progress.
 collectors
They are the people who are assign in collecting money from
the business partners and by ingredients for the product.
 Cooks and hygiene officers
They are the people who are assign in cooking and packing
the product. And they should make sure that the product is clean
and it still contain nutrients.
Accountant and Monitoring group
They are the people who are assign in auditing every day,
creating a financial report if the product is progressing or not
,and has the product or the business gained profit or not.
Task managers
they are the people who are assign in creating or
improving strategies, assigning works or task, and monitoring if
the workers are functioning or not.
Sellers
they are the people who are assign in selling the product
and convincing people to buy our product they are also called
as a “sales man\women”.
Marketing plan:
The buko ice candy will be placed or it will be
located at the Madana Mohana Academy school
canteen that cost Php 5.00 and the costumer
target will be all the people who come in the
school campus especially the students.
Financial plan:
Planning a product will not be completed without
planning the source of fund or the statement of capital
because it will be used in buying all the ingredients of
making a buko ice candy. I suggested, what if we collect
Php 50.00 to each members thus we can have atleast Php
600.00, then it’s enough to buy and make more buko ice
candy.
Conclusion:
Thus, if my business proposal will be approved
and at the time that will start in doing it we should do
all our best to make our product feasible and make
people like it so that they can buy more, they can help
us to convince their friends to buy our product and we
gain more profit. And if our business will progress or if
people like it then it’s the time to improve our product
making more flavors, more different toppings and
ingredients to add so that the costumers will not enjoy
only one flavor.
