Suggestions

* Some relaxation activity program for the employees.

* Focus on training the employees how to make decision in pathetic situation.
* Company should engage their employees in decision making to keep them motivated and
enthusiastic.
* HR should develop teamwork, social groups to promote positive interpersonal relationships among
employees.

diversion for work pressure and let off stream.
* Leisure time, trips or vacations can be provided to the employees and may feel relaxed at work.
* Organization can often go with the brain storming games that keep employee active participants in
each and every matter which help in increase in concentration.
* Employees ‘achievement in their work is appreciated and rewarded very rarely by the management
in the organization. This is one of the reasons where the employees fell dissatisfied and vexed about
his job. So the Management start appreciate and reward the employees work whenever needed which
will motivate the employees and also reduce the stress level.
* Performance appraisal methods like 360 appraisal, field review, ranking method, HR accounting can
be conducted by the management which will help the employees to identify their position and help to
improve their potential. Hence this will improve the job satisfaction of the employee resulting in
reduced occupational stress.
* Many tasks can be delegated to subordinates without losing effectiveness so that we can reduce the
overload of work.
*
* From the chi square test it has revealed that age do effects the type of
stress i.e. mental or physical stress but there is no as such relation
between age and ill effects of stress or stress coping strategies.
* Also revealed that There is a scope for the improvement of training
programs conducted by the organization, also employees feels their
job as routine task this needs to be made challenging by various
activities like brainstorming process. Stress causes various ill effects
such as headache, hypertension, nervousness etc. and people tend to
focus more on listening songs or meditation to deal with stress
problems and less on health clubs or yoga.
* Therefore, Organization must begin to manage people at work
differently, treating them with respect and valuing their contribution.
if we enhance the psychological well being and health of the
employees, in the coming future the organization world make more
revenues as well as employee retention. Because it is said the,
“A healthy Employee is a Productive Employee”
