* Stress in individual is defined as any interference that
disturbs a persons 'healthy mental and Physical well-being.
* It occurs when the body is required to perform beyond its
normal range of capabilities. Stress is the way that you react
physically, mentally and emotionally to various conditions,
changes and demands in your life.
* High levels of stress can affect your physical and mental
well-being and performance.

Findings
* Majority of employees are either satisfied or neutral about the physical working
conditions of the organization.
* Most of the employees feel neutral about the psychological working conditions of
the organization.
* Employees found training programs helpful.
* Most of the employees are neutral with the pay packages provided to them.
* It is found that Employees do feel stress in an IT industry.
* Majority of employees considered their job as routine tasks and they do not find it
challenging or interesting.
* It was seen that work overload is one of the major reason of Stress as compared to
work under load and interpersonal relationships.
* Employees suffer Both mental and physical stress in jobs.
* Headache, High blood pressure, Hypertension and Nervousness are commonly
observed signs of stress in employees.
* Most Common stress coping strategies adopted by employees are listening songs and
meditation.

* From the chi square test, it was found there is significant relationship
between age of employees and kind of stress they suffered.
