Summary
• Asset and Maintenance Management (AMM)/Plant Maintenance
provides essential functionality for the maintenance of physical assets

• It supports processes for:

• Planned (preventive), unplanned (breakdown) and condition-based
maintenance through Work Orders
• Management of engineering labor activity

• Asset disposal
