Tally & Excel.
Purpose

To automate Sales management process of <Customer Company

This will minimize all of their manual process and trouble, which they
faced in maintaining the excel sheets.

Using this software they can get all type of data by putting any type of
filters in the reports.
Project Flow & Scope of Work

This will be a web based software application, which can be accessed from
anywhere in the world. You can access your software using your Laptop, Desktop,
Mobile and Tablet. Only thing you need a basic internet connection.

We will provide a free domain and hosting for first year.

In this module we will create multiple users who can use this Software
and also control their roles based on their designations.

Master table from the backend, which will be used to create the invoice for the orders.

This will also have Create new Product / Edit Product / Delete Product Functionalities.

In this module we will be uploading all the old invoices data in the Order tables from the
backend.

This will also have Create New Invoice / Edit Old Invoice / Delete Old Invoice
Functionalities.

This data has to be provide by the Life line medical devices W.L.L in the specified excel
to be uploaded.

<Your Company Name> (Responsibility)

To upload all the products in the system.

Reporting (PDF, Excel)

This module will be used to generate any type of reports based on

several filters like Dates, Customers, Retailors, Phone Number, E-Mail ID
etc. and <Customer Company Name> can download the reports in
Excel and PDF format.
Follow-Ups Management

This is the most important part of the requirement where <Customer

Company Name> will do regular follow-ups with their customers and
will be able to update their follow ups comments against each follow-
ups.

So, <Customer Company Name> will be able to see the detailed

follow-ups log for each of their customers/clients.
Out of Scope

 Inventory Management of the Products.

Total 10 days will be the time to go LIVE and install the software on
<Customer Company Name> system. Please see the below the
detailed timeline (day by day): -
