POWERPOINT
A Powerpoint presentation is a
collection of electronic slides that
can have text, pictures, graphics,
tables, sound, and video.
It was developed by Robert Gaskins
and Dennis Austin for the American
computer software company Forethought,
Inc. The program initially named
Presenter, was released for the Apple
Macintosh in 1987. In July of that year, the
Microsoft Corporation in its first significant
software acquisition, purchased the rights
to Powerpoint for $14 million.
A Presentation is a collection of data and
information that is to be delivered to a
specific audience.
What are the uses of Microsoft
Powerpoint software?
