What is Unemployment and it`s Effect
▪ Unemployment occurs when a person who is actively searching for employment is unable to
find work

Effect of Unemployment
 Workers to suffer financial difficulties-lead to emotional destruction
 consumer spending goes down-Economical growth of country goes down
 Lowered purchasing power – leads to lowered profits for businesses , reduction in budget and
workforce reduction

 Creates a cycle that goes on and on and everyone loses in the end
