What right means????

• Simply, a right is an any interest which is recognized


and protected by law.
General concept of duty
• Simply speking, duties are an obligatory act.
Normally there are two kinds of duty i.e moral
duty and legal duty.
• Morally or legally obliged to do.
• Duty in moral and legal sense
• Duty is the curtailmenet of liberty.
• coveys a sense of moral commitment or
obligation to someone or something.
• it is co- relative form of right.
Definition
1. "A duty is an obligatory act, that is to say, it is an act
opposite of which would be a wrong".

2. "A duty is an act or forbearance compelled by the
state in respect of right vested in another and breach
of which is wrong". - keeton
3. Duty is legal obligation that is owed or due to nother
and that needs to satisfied on obligation for which
somebody else has a corresponding right. - Black's

Conclusion

-Duties are an obligatory act that is required of one


by position, social custom, law or religion is simply
duty.

-Doing that work which law ordered and doing not


that work which law prohibited is simply duty.
