NOTE: 1. No concreting works should be done without the approval of the concrete design mix by the
Government Materials Engineer which was prepared by the contractor.
In addition, trial mix should be conducted and results whether passed or failed be
submitted as part of monthly reports.
2. All field tests and monthly reports preparation should be conducted and prepared by the
contractor with the supervision and concurrence of the Government Materials Engineer/In-
charge.
