What We Should

Understand!
When we cannot do our
job, we are LAZY;

When our Boss cannot

do his job…
he is OVERLOADED!
 When we make a
mistake, we are
CARELESS.

When our Boss makes a

mistake…
he's only HUMAN.
When we do something
without being told, we
are OVERSTEPPING our
authority.

When our boss does

the same thing…
that‘s INITIATIVE.
When we overlooked a
rule, we are
HARDHEADED.

When our boss misses

a few rules…
he's being FLEXIBLE.
When we present a good
idea, that becomes our
Boss’s idea!

All bad ideas are ours!!

 When we attend a
party, it’s personal!

When our Boss attends

a party…
it’s OFFICIAL!!!
